Stay Hydrated with Water Coolers
For those of you who watch Channel 4’s - very graphic - Embarrassing Bodies, you probably will have seen a former installment which took on the difficulties of abnormal sweating. This issue is of specific interest to the Water Delivery Company and its sister company, the Water Cooler Company, because it asks us to consider the importance of drinking water. Being conscious of your sweat rate will also be able to give you a fuller idea of how much water you should be imbibing, which means you’ll be aware of how often to sidle up to the water cooler. Sweating is essential as it regulates our body temperatures in hot weather, or when exercising, in fact if we didn’t sweat, we’d perish. Interestingly enough, around 1% of the population sweats excessively in moments when they are neither hot nor exercising. This disease is known as hyperhidrosis, and those who suffer from it can lose up to four times the standard amount of sweat a day! However much you sweat, it’s critical to keep your hydration levels exactly right. Both drinking excessively, or not drinking enough water can result in acute medical issues, and in this country, it’s the latter that is the most standard problem. Having water coolers in the house could be just the ticket, and with the large range on offer, you’ll not be disappointed.
